Excellent Lorrain pâté, the lemon yuzu and raspberry constellation éclair very very good. I have plenty of dishes left to taste from this little shop, I'm already drooling...

A discovery this morning... I tried quite a few things... the glasses are delicious as are the croissants. I loved the sugar tart and the rye bread. The organic baguette is very tasty, even if it is a little "tight".. but it is decided when I pass through Metz, I will make the detour every time. By far the best bakery I have tried in the region.

Everything is good, I always have trouble choosing! The service is very friendly and the flavors are there. The pastries are very good, their tradition perfect. The only disappointment so far is their quiches.

Normally I only buy croissants and pain au chocolats which are very good, no complaints. But I decided to buy a quiche Lorraine today and ended up with something so peppery that I couldn't finish it. I understand that you have to season a quiche but here, I find that it is still too much. The little black dots you see in the photo are pepper. €3.20 for a quiche, I really tried to finish it but it was impossible. Damage.

14/09/2024: Réservation pour 4 personnes. Cadre très agréable dans une rue piétonne du Centre-Ville, personnel sympa. Le patron qui vient voir si tout va. Sur 4 plats, 2 plats chauds et deux tièdes. On demande de réchauffer les deux plats. Le patron s'en occupe. Les plats reviennent. Un plat chaud, l'autre encore froid. On rend le plat froid, la personne ne veut plus manger autre chose. Sur 4 plats, deux plats excellents,bien remplis, avec des boulettes et des pâtes délicieuses. Un risotto aux asperges trop salé et en petite quantité. Et le plat refusé, des pâtes à la carbonara. Geste du patron, on ne paie donc pas le plat refusé. Donc avis mitigé entre les bons en grande quantité, le salé en petite quantité, et le réchauffé non mangé.
20/08/2024: Risotto Salmone as a main course, a delight from the first bite: 😉 Sufficient and appetizing quantity! My colleagues chose Bufala, Végé, Regina and Fettuccini carbo pizza. I highly recommend. Smiling waiter. Our table was moving and we were barely trying to prop it up, when the boss came over to prop up our table👍🏾 he even cleared it for us... Friendly team. Very pleasant musical atmosphere.
