Above all, we know their excellent breads made with organic flour: the T80 loaf and the Barakoz (the latter, with buckwheat, only available on Saturdays from 11:00 a.m.) are excellent.
We also recommend the apple/cinnamon rolls for a snack ;-)
Our children really enjoy their pastries and chouquettes.
Special mention also to the coffee éclairs which are probably among the best in Rennes.

Purchases made at auction. The welcome is good. A real favorite for puff pastry brioche and Armor brioche all year round. The prices are correct. Cutting bread is free. On the other hand, very disappointed by the “benchtop” white bread discovered recently. Its manufacture seems industrial.
