Excellent bakery; the franchise is a reliable choice. Plenty of selection and high quality. The only downside was the hot chocolate: too sweet (it's their signature).

Excellent bakery and pastry shop, but the legislation regarding the presence of animals is not respected at all in the establishment located in La Flotte.

Extremely slow service during peak hours, which could benefit from more staff or a more efficient service… The products are always excellent.

This bakery is a gem! We wanted to buy everything as soon as we walked in. The smells, the colors, the always warm welcome... I completely understand having to wait before enjoying your treats; there's always an impressive queue, but believe me, it's absolutely worth it 😉. I always leave with a generous supply of canelés to dry my tears on the 6.5-hour drive home. I come back every year for two weeks, but this July was a wonderful surprise from my husband for our 24th wedding anniversary. So, I'll definitely be back next year, hoping to find your bacon burgers again (which I missed) with your brioche buns—they were amazing 😊

The bread, pastries, and viennoiseries are fine; the strength of a chain means low prices and good, consistent recipes. But the atmosphere is strange; the waiters and waitresses are too often grumpy (I've noticed this over several years). And the lines are too long. I prefer the one at the market for these reasons.
