I just took a kokedama class, it was really fascinating, the teacher was very kind, but I didn't understand why some participants left the class 25 minutes before it ended? The teacher gave us tips on how to make them at home, and I would have liked to have more of that and benefit from her experience. In any case, it made me want to take other workshops at this place where I used to practice calligraphy a long time ago.

My first Japanese restaurant... I loved it!

An interesting experience, but it would have been much easier and more enjoyable with a smaller group. One drawback of this course was that lunch had to be taken away, and it wasn't possible to eat on-site even though tables were available. This was a shame, especially since we had traveled a long way and eating in the street isn't very pleasant. Aside from these inconveniences, we learned a great deal.

A wonderful discovery for me with a natto class. I highly recommend both the place and the instructor. Many thanks for sharing!
