An excellent place for those who want quality. It fully deserves its reputation.

It's already a bit expensive, so it would be nice if they opened at 7am as advertised and not 7:05 or 7:10am please.

I usually come to Maison Gelis for their bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts, and I'm never disappointed. But today, I discovered their ice cream… what a delightful surprise! The flavors are incredibly delicate, and the tastes are perfectly rendered. I especially loved the rose-macaron, which reminded me of real homemade Damask rose jam, as well as the ginger, the sour cherry yogurt, and the vanilla with caramelized dried fruit. I bought these ice creams a bit last minute for a birthday, and they were a hit with everyone. I also wanted to highlight the professionalism of a young sales assistant who's been there for a few weeks. I don't know if he's an intern or a seasonal worker, but he's remarkably kind, gentle, and polite. He truly showcases the quality of the products and provides a welcome worthy of this fine establishment. I also appreciate that he always remembers to ask for my loyalty card number, even for a simple bread purchase, a detail that's often overlooked. It's the kind of service that makes me want to come back. Well done!

Undoubtedly, the products are of high quality, but the service is average depending on the waitress, and the automatic payment machine fills your pockets with 1 or 2 cent coins depending on its mood. If you have the misfortune to complain, you're told there's nothing they can do or that they're out of larger coins. It's a shame because it spoils the pleasure of eating a good cake.

Fantastic! Dubai chocolate is definitely worth it, and the price is a steal! Super original cakes, yum!
