This is exactly what you imagine a French bakery to be like. The aroma of freshly baked bread and baguettes wafts from afar. The staff is very friendly and patient. The prices are fantastic.

02/02/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant if you're passing through the beautiful town of Soultzmatt. The setting is pleasant but unremarkable. However, the food is excellent, made with high-quality ingredients! Impeccable service.
20/01/2026: A perfect welcome, impeccable and attentive service, generous and delicious cuisine, a slightly basic wine selection (a shame). I visited the restaurant in January and it was very cold. In any case, I highly recommend this Winstub restaurant, which is truly delightful. A very pleasant Winstub.

Hotel-Restaurant Klein

06/02/2026: We had already stopped there a few years ago. The calf's head was excellent. This time, we ordered tournedos. The meat wasn't up to the price. Disappointed.
30/12/2025: A decent little room in the building at the back of the courtyard; it's a shame there's no longer a television, especially in winter. No private parking, but they were kind enough to let us access their courtyard anyway because of the Christmas market... there's no public parking nearby. The restaurant was crowded and there weren't many staff, so there was a long wait.
