Boulangerie le pain de la renaissance sur Bordeaux

I bought a strawberry plant today, Saturday, what a disappointment! A vulgar assembly of cake! The sponge cake is certainly not homemade, very dry and the cream very soft and tasteless! The candles didn't fit on the cake! 26 euros for that! Scandalous!

Big fan of flan! For me, it is one of the best in Bordeaux!

I have a bakery 2 steps from my house in Paul Doumer, but I prefer to walk 5 minutes more to this bakery! A bakery worthy of the name! A real chocolatine with a good buttery taste and not frozen products like you find elsewhere! I am served by the same woman every time, super nice and smiling! 100% the best bakery in the neighborhood or even in Bordeaux. Thank you!

I had chocolatines which were delicious! The chocolate melted, the puff pastry was light and not very greasy, a treat!

The breads are very good, whether baguettes or special breads like those with cereals, einkorn, khorasan for example. As for pastries, chocolate or coffee éclairs are excellent. The welcome is great!
