I have nothing but praise for your products, which are always excellent. However, you should address the hygiene practices of some of the saleswomen who hand out bread and then take payment without gloves.

A fantastic experience with this baker and pastry chef. We ordered bread and a Yule log which was divine! Well done!!!
PS: The only downside was the 70-minute wait on the sidewalk. I don't understand why, given your success, you haven't thought of a pick-up system!
