No complaints about the quality of the food, however, the waiter was unpleasant, unhappy that we dared to ask for items he didn't have (apple juice, almond chocolate croissant). I think if he doesn't like interacting with customers, he'd be better off staying behind the scenes in the kitchen. His colleague, on the other hand, was polite and courteous.

Generally good quality, but you should check the expiration dates on sodas, because selling a Coke that expired two months ago when it only has 12 to 18 months of expiration date when it leaves the factory is unacceptable.

EXCELLENT 👍 The coffee, croissants, and sandwiches in the mornings are very good quality. The waitresses are attentive and serve quickly. Congratulations! Every time I go to Carcassonne, I enjoy my breakfast at Marie Blanchere (airport area) 😀

12/07/2026: The food was bland and had hardly any flavor. We ordered a beef dish with bamboo shoots, and the bamboo shoots were tough and very fibrous—inedible and lacking in flavor compared to what we're used to in Spain, where they make them with a stronger, more flavorful dish. The spring rolls were okay, and the chicken salad was fine too; it needed a white sauce like they make in Spain, which is very good, but they don't prepare it properly here. The worst part was the beef with bamboo shoots; the bamboo shoots were very tough and chewy with a lot of fiber.
12/05/2026: A truly welcoming and warm lady. The food is absolutely excellent and plentiful. Go for it!

26/07/2026: A very pleasant surprise in the heart of the city! The welcome was excellent, and the waitress was lovely, attentive, and smiling. As for the meal, it was perfect; we thoroughly enjoyed it. A very good time, thank you so much!
