June 27, 9:40 AM, Breakfast stop before leaving Carcassonne, group of 10. No complaints about the quality of the food, however, the waiter was unpleasant, unhappy that we dared to ask for items he didn't have (apple juice, almond chocolate croissant). I think if he doesn't like interacting with customers, he'd be better off staying behind the scenes in the kitchen. His colleague, on the other hand, was polite and courteous.

Generally good quality, but you should check the expiration dates on sodas, because selling a Coke that expired two months ago when it only has 12 to 18 months of expiration date when it leaves the factory is unacceptable.

EXCELLENT 👍 The coffee, croissants, and sandwiches in the mornings are very good quality. The waitresses are attentive and serve quickly. Congratulations! Every time I go to Carcassonne, I enjoy my breakfast at Marie Blanchere (airport area) 😀
