Boulangerie Marie Blachere sur Chambery

The baguette is getting smaller and smaller, barely big enough for a sandwich. Next time, for the same price, I'll get a slice of bread. Please make baguettes like they used to, thank you 🙏

Staff who are capable of passing off ugly, stale bread to someone who, in complete trust, had their Marie Blachère bag filled. The absolute worst.

First visit to this bakery and a very good impression. A pleasant atmosphere, smiling, kind, and welcoming staff. You feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. I recommend it.

A very warm welcome. We arrived before closing time and there were still pastries left, which were absolutely delicious. A lovely discovery and a pleasant surprise, as I didn't know they made éclairs, lemon meringue tarts, etc. Tarts, of course, but not individual ones. I'll be back! 😉

Marie Blachère has been taken over by Lara Botti, and it has become a wonderful place where you can enjoy a good coffee or other hot drink with pastries and viennoiseries. You can also have lunch; there's an endless selection of exceptionally fresh items. The welcome is very friendly, both from the owner and her staff; everyone always has a smile. It truly has become a wonderful place.

The products are excellent, but it's a real shame that the salespeople are pushy and insistent on selling items we didn't ask for or want. This systematic sales tactic becomes frankly tiresome, even off-putting, in this establishment.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This bakery is very well-stocked with truly exceptional service. The staff are pleasant and always smiling, which is sadly becoming rare these days. Well done to the whole team, keep up the good work!
