It's true, it was very busy, but when you go to collect your coffee, some people get a mini cookie with it, and others get nothing! Why? Is there a deposit system? Is it based on the price of your receipt? I don't think so, but the customers in front of me got one, and I didn't! Too bad about the bill.

Thank you for the warm welcome and the efficient team! Once again, thank you to Candice for her patience and kindness with me at the counter. She was very friendly and smiling, and thanks to her, you don't feel embarrassed when you're having a little trouble. The service is quick and efficient, and my meal was still piping hot, unlike at other fast-food places! Thanks again ⭐️

Very professional!! For the first time (as a customer for many years!), an item was missing from my order, and they offered a very kind gesture of goodwill. Thank you.

Hello, we lost 30 points, the managers couldn't even help us, coffee was served before the meal, kudos to the young people serving, they explained things much better. Sincerely.

I ordered a Spider-Man meal with an Oasis tea, but I received a Fuze Tea instead, which I don't like. Ismael is a great delivery driver.

A family visit, four of us. We arrived just before the lunchtime rush. A very warm welcome and attentive staff. Their politeness and kindness in responding to all our requests is truly remarkable. And all with a smile! Thank you to your team!

Restaurant L'Orangerie

03/05/2026: It is with immense pleasure that we have been celebrating our anniversary at the château for the past few years. The setting is magnificent, the staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are exactly to our liking. We also appreciate the meal, which is always exquisite and beautifully presented. Thank you again for the thoughtful touches. Kisses to the cats. We can't wait for next year.
19/04/2026: The setting is magnificent, impeccably maintained, with a truly elegant and welcoming atmosphere. A huge thank you to Oussama and Chafik, who were simply impeccable. Always smiling, available, and incredibly professional without ever being inflexible, they provided exactly the kind of service that transforms a wonderful day into an unforgettable one. As a guest, you truly feel taken care of, and that makes all the difference. Kudos to the entire team for this level of quality. I wholeheartedly recommend them for this type of event.
