Boulangerie Marie Blachere sur Castres

This store always smells good - you want to buy everything!

The Caesar salad was delicious. A bit noisy inside though, but that's to be expected... the service and waiter were super friendly.

The sandwiches were overcooked today, but overall very good. Quick service, cool.

Nothing to complain about, the bread was decent, the shops were clean.

A little anecdote from today. After doing some shopping with my family to enjoy a snack there, I didn't pay attention to the change. The person came over to tell me they owed me a few euros. Well, the gesture was really appreciated, I commend you for it.

Just as good as ever, we drive 30 km round trip to get the cake and our bread

I find it surprising that this morning when I went in, the cashier saw a friend and didn't take any payment from him, but instead invited him to help himself to the pastries, with absolutely no regard for hygiene 😤 However, when you buy pastries and coffee from her, she doesn't offer you any deals but charges you full price 👎

One afternoon, I was greeted by a team of very friendly and attentive young men (one of them brought me a napkin after noticing I didn't have one on my tray, without me even asking!). It's these little gestures that make all the difference! There was also a great atmosphere among them, which really lifted my spirits that day. 😁 Thank you so much for your warm welcome.
