The bread is excellent and is offered in three baking options (white, regular, and well-baked). The staff are welcoming and friendly, with a special mention for Tom who serves me regularly.

It's not about the store itself. It's about the disabled parking spaces in front of the store. Instead of parking in front of the store, people now take the disabled spaces. I'm willing to give them my disability because, because of this, I have to go without bread.

23/10/2025: A great welcome and a very good meal, thank you!
29/09/2025: A suggestion from the menu that remains a wonderful experience. The vaulted ambience is very romantic. Thank you very much.

Bistro Régent Castres

02/09/2026: Disappointed… It's not our first time here, but this time it was just so-so… The fries were soggy, the salad was wilted, and don't even get me started on the profiteroles… completely frozen and tasteless.
22/08/2026: A superb experience this evening. Pleasant service with very kind staff (all of them), it was a real pleasure. Well done to the whole team!
