La Table du Sommelier sur Castres

Excellent experience. Lunch on Saturday, October 3rd. Delicious set menu and unbeatable value for money. We also discovered grape varieties and vineyards from the southwest.

The sommelier's table provided an exceptional service. From the appetizers to the desserts, everything was delicious and of high quality. Special mention for the ribeye steak! I highly recommend this team of passionate professionals!

Amazing food, friendly service and great atmosphere. It was so good, I came back 3 times!

Perfect as always. I highly recommend this restaurant; the service is top-notch, and what can I say about the food? Pure bliss, a delight.

Exquisite and delicious cuisine. Excellent wine. Wine can be purchased on-site to extend the enjoyment beyond the restaurant.

Excellent restaurant. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Excellent place to eat. Having opted for the wine pairing menu, it was flawless. We were dealing with true professionals both in the dining room and the kitchen; everything was delicious. If you love wine and good food, I highly recommend it. The service was quick, clear, and helpful, and the value for money was excellent. We will definitely return.

This dinner was once again a delight, and the finale, the pink garlic cheesecake, was in my opinion a triumph worthy of a medal. Thank you again, and best wishes for continued success.

It was perfect! A fantastic terrace, friendly and passionate staff! A truly great time! Thank you again!

The wines, the food, and the peaceful terrace are exceptional. Bravo!
