As a loyal customer of this shop, I want to pay tribute to them and congratulate them. The staff are exceptionally kind and remarkably helpful (when you respect them, of course, which isn't always the case, having already experienced this kind of situation – sorry, but even if they can't answer, I can't stand injustice, and it's a shame for the person, but I put them in their place as politely as possible, and yes, that's just how I am). Unfortunately, some people have no manners and think they're entitled to everything just because they pay. Well, no, they're human beings like everyone else, and they give their all to satisfy their customers.
For the dissatisfied customers who complain that the shelves are empty, have you ever stopped to consider if there might be a reason for it? No, I don't think so, otherwise you'd be more understanding, I hope. Next time, ask them why there isn't much on the shelves; maybe the baker got sick or had an accident, but nobody cares.
