If we come here, it's not for the quality of the food, because it's very expensive compared to the ingredients. For the same price as a set menu, you can get a full meal at a roadside restaurant.

Excellent experience! The restaurant was clean, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our order was prepared quickly, the food was hot and exactly as expected.
The service was efficient despite the busy time.

I eat at this McDonald's every two weeks for work, and I don't know why we NEVER get napkins when we get takeout.
Are they stingy or incompetent?
I don't know, but it would be nice to have reliable service.

Pleasantly surprised that today, when I'm asked to rate the McDonald's in Varennes-Vauzelles, my Big Mac and burger voucher don't resemble the Leaning Tower of Pisa in the middle of an earthquake in Japan. The fries are hot. Nothing complicated, but we don't usually get this level of service. Friendly staff with music playing in the background. Let's hope it stays that way. I won't hesitate to share my next visit.
It's a shame, however, that the tables aren't cleaned more regularly, and more generally, for McDonald's, they really don't care about the customer when you see the prices going up and the burgers shrinking.
