Boulangerie Marie Blachere sur Labege

This is my second visit. The store is very poorly organized; you don't know where to queue. People who are only buying a baguette wait after those ordering set menus. I ordered two set menus, and they didn't even ask if I wanted to eat in or take away. As a result, everything was wrapped in paper bags, and the dessert was in a cardboard box. Since I was eating in, I had to ask for a tray, and all that unnecessary packaging could have been avoided. The tables are never cleaned. The staff is lost and disorganized. In short, I'm not sure I'll be back a third time.

Passing through Toulouse, we made a quick stop for a meal, where we received a very warm welcome and helpful information from Nayel, all with a smile. His kindness and good humor were a delight. All the best!

Good value for money, large and varied selection, well-stocked display case! Not too long a wait. Friendly service.

I arrived on Saturday around closing time and they didn't have what I wanted, but the employee and manager were very kind and did everything they could to help us. Thank you for the warm welcome, I'll be back!

The pizza was very good, however the manager was rude to the young people, which was a shame, especially in front of customers.

Chicken sandwich. The best in my opinion from their range.

The products offered are typical of what you'd usually find at Marie Blachère stores. Nothing exceptional, but nothing disastrous either. A minor complaint about the bread, which was undercooked and under-brown, with the choice between par-baked and fully baked, but that's a small detail. The service, on the other hand, deserves praise: the staff who served us were very kind and pleasant, no issues there. A major drawback was the atmosphere and cleanliness. The floor was very dirty, with crumbs everywhere, the walls covered in stains (coffee, chocolate, or something else), and the tables weren't properly cleaned. This clearly spoiled the experience. We stopped there because we were in the area and didn't really have a choice, but if I were to do it again, I would avoid going back. It's a shame, because the quality of the products isn't terrible, but the cleanliness really needs improvement.

Excellent customer service; they are friendly and smiling. The sandwiches are good.
