I see the reviews, and I'm surprised... There's already a charging station, so it's great to be able to eat and charge while you're working. My order was taken, and it arrived less than five minutes after I sat down. The waitress was very friendly, which was nice. Everything was there, and everything was hot... The restrooms were clean (even after the rush, since it was 9:30 PM). And I love the furniture in this McDonald's: very comfortable chairs and large booths (a nice change from other McDonald's), and a foosball table right in the middle! 😁 Well done to the team, it's a very good McDonald's, and I'll definitely be back.

Just another McDonald's, the service was quite slow, almost 10 minutes to be served, and I had to ask a second time for the missing sauce. I'm back after almost two years away from this chain, and it's the same old story (see my photo). I ordered fries, and I got half fries and half potatoes. I didn't have time to say anything because I came specifically to get a discounted movie ticket. I won't be going back; there's always a long wait...

I went to the drive-thru on Tuesday, July 7th, around 11 PM. It was very busy, so there was obviously a wait. Despite the crowd, the employee in charge of taking orders, processing payments, and handing out orders did his best for us. He was running around trying to reduce the wait and apologized several times. So, kudos to him and the team behind him!

Very fast service Friendly and professional staff, clean premises I recommend this McDonald's; I even tried the drive-thru, no complaints. Fast service. I'll come back in the next few days to confirm my rating, but for now I'm giving it 18/20.

I just went through the drive-thru on June 15th at 1:35 PM and I was pleasantly surprised by the service from the employee at the drive-thru. She was very polite and kind, a welcome change from the usual McDonald's experience 😊😊

29/06/2026: This is my second visit. The store is very poorly organized; you don't know where to queue. People who are only buying a baguette wait after those ordering set menus. I ordered two set menus, and they didn't even ask if I wanted to eat in or take away. As a result, everything was wrapped in paper bags, and the dessert was in a cardboard box. Since I was eating in, I had to ask for a tray, and all that unnecessary packaging could have been avoided. The tables are never cleaned. The staff is lost and disorganized. In short, I'm not sure I'll be back a third time.
15/05/2026: Passing through Toulouse, we made a quick stop for a meal, where we received a very warm welcome and helpful information from Nayel, all with a smile. His kindness and good humor were a delight. All the best!
