Working in sales is not easy. There are always complainers about overcooked bread, or not enough. Always a complainer stamping his foot because there's a queue... always someone complaining because he didn't hear the saleswoman's "Hello"... etc etc. Personally, I like this bakery, yes indeed it is often crowded (but that is precisely because of the quality of the bread).. The salespeople are smiling and service fast. I left Bernolin to come to your house only. A word of advice: keep your staff, because many others wouldn't put up with half the unpleasant clientele.
