Thank you to Rebecca, Maxence, and Laurene for their kindness and professionalism. I bought a small tuna-filled Viennese roll, but unfortunately, I got sick. I have no doubt about the freshness of their products. I called the bakery; the management was fantastic, and the three saleswomen didn't hesitate to offer me a free pizza and breakfast for tomorrow morning. I go there every week. The breads and pastries are as good as in many traditional bakeries. The staff is always smiling, pleasant, and offers good advice. Fast service. I recommend it.
