21/04/2026: Ordered on Uber Eats for 4 people (€95). The sushi rice was way overcooked and mushy, the fish had a bad aftertaste, and the beef samosas were full of rubbery bits of fat. I had to throw the order away because it was all inedible; we could have easily gotten sick!

20/06/2026: I went to the Marie Blachère bakery with a friend around 7:46 pm. We simply asked if they had any whole wheat bread left. The saleswoman replied, "It's all right here in front of you." I understand it was late and the selection might have been limited, but I found this response curt and unfriendly. A simple "No, we're all out" or "Look in the window" would have been much nicer.
It's a shame, because the welcome is also part of the customer experience.

15/07/2024: Honnêtement du jamais-vu ! Les amateurs de pizzas peuvent passer leur chemin... Je ne sais pas si c'était une pizza ou une flamenkuche tant la "pâte" était fine. Quand a la garniture je la cherche encore ? Même une pizza surgelée est plus remplie... Où sont les champignons ? Le jambon ? Plus de "pâte" que de condiments. Je suis vraiment interloquée que ce soit possible de vendre cela a ses clients. Nous avons pu faire la remarque a la serveuse qui était gênée mais qui n'a pas semblé être étonnée. Le service on a eu un peu l'impression de déranger et d'agacer, vraiment une mauvaise sensation dans ce restaurant qui m'avait été déconseillé en amont en plus, nous avons voulu tenter l'expérience c'est chose faite ! Plus jamais

Une catastrophe
11/08/2024: Pour avoir manger au bureau dans la ville d'Alès un délice pour les papilles, nous avons voulu faire celui de notre ville Chambly 60 . Nous avons pris les mêmes plats qu'à Alès, quelle déception trio de brochettes avec 1 mini chorizo par brochettes, 1 morceau de blanc de poulet 1 tomate, 2 mini poivrons, a Alès 3 chorizo 2 poulet 3 mini poivrons , ,oignons rouges, 2 tomates cerises.
J'ai pris a Alès un poêlon de pâte a la truffe d'été un délice, a Chambly je cherche encore la béchamel qui doit être avec la sauce a la truffe d'été.jai eue un liquide blanchâtre insipide . Pas de pain non plus , mon mari a pris un Irish café sans café car la machine était en panne . j'ai aimé que la planche en entrée même le dessert un cookies moelleux était dure et collé dans le ramequin rien de moelleux. Maintenant je sais que si je veux bien manger faut repartir a Alès
