No baguettes ready at 9:45 am. No sandwiches, and they weren't going to make any. When you talk to them, you get the feeling you're bothering them. They're barely polite, even though I emphasized my second "hello" and used all the usual polite phrases as I left, but there was little to no reaction or response. AVOID this store.

Pretty good products for an industrial bakery. One drawback: the country bread made with ancient grains is quite inconsistent. Sometimes it's beautiful and very good, sometimes it's overcooked or flat in places, evidence of poor kneading. The tarts and cakes are also of good quality.

26/08/2026: We came for dinner on August 14th, just the two of us. There were a few minor hiccups with our order, but the staff quickly resolved them without hesitation. The dining room was clean, and I must also mention that, being seated very close to the kitchen, the manager was incredibly kind to her colleagues. She offered encouragement, explained mistakes, and showed genuine care—this is quite rare in any profession, but it's worth highlighting.

17/06/2026: We came to La Venezia on Saturday, June 13th for lunch to celebrate my husband's birthday with family. Everything was perfect: the meal, the service, the atmosphere. A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to the servers who took such good care of us. They were kind, smiling, and even had a great sense of humor—so rare these days! Thanks to all of you, we had a wonderful time.
17/06/2026: A fantastic experience watching France's World Cup match! 🇫🇷⚽️ The atmosphere was amazing, everything was perfectly organized, and the restaurant staff were incredibly attentive from start to finish. They were present, smiling, and attentive, which made the evening even more enjoyable. A huge thank you for organizing such a great event; we had a wonderful time in a fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend it!
