Je suis aller au mc do de saint alban leysse dimanche 1 novembre à midi. J’ai reçu un service drive pitoyable, à la borne pour passer la commande ainsi que au paiement. Personnel désagréable. Déçu.

Visited Wednesday, March 25, 2026. The service team was excellent, as were the sandwiches. However, as on several previous occasions, the manager on duty that evening was unbearable towards her team. Between a complete lack of discretion, which was quite annoying for the customers even though we were fairly far from the counter, she apparently felt entitled to yell at one of her colleagues. While there may have been some computer problems, this in no way excuses making a scene in the middle of the restaurant, especially when one is in a position of authority. Following the numerous harassment scandals, it is disheartening to see that this is apparently tolerated in this restaurant. I remind management that they are responsible for the physical and mental well-being of their employees.

Friendly and super fast service; we ordered and everything arrived immediately. Well done!
