The changes have indeed been made. The baguettes are magnificent and perfectly baked. Thank you for your responsiveness, a true sign of professionalism.
---- Hello, I've been disappointed since the change of ownership.
The crumb of the baguettes is no longer airy, and they are no longer the correct size (for example, today out of 4 baguettes, only 2 were 250g, the other 2 were 130g and 150g)!!
Furthermore, the baking is inconsistent; they are often well-baked and golden brown, and sometimes just pale.

Everything is fine, but the employee (young man) on duty that day (January 6th) would appreciate it if he stopped licking his finger to grab the baguette wrappers... every customer in front of me had to do that... and then touch the loaves to show the customers which ones they wanted... I don't think that's acceptable... there needs to be another solution... especially since the other waitresses and waiters manage without doing that...

Today, an incident occurred during my visit to Marie Blachère. After purchasing several items, I noticed upon checking my receipt that the total was higher than usual. Some items had been added by mistake, and then the cashier canceled the transaction.
Afterward, despite us repeating our order several times, she seemed distracted. I then approached another employee at the second register to understand the situation. This colleague was very professional and politely asked me to wait in the store due to the crowd.
However, when I returned for an explanation, the first employee arrived quickly, leaving her customer, and began speaking to us in a disrespectful manner, even toward her colleague. No attempt was made to explain.
Finally, it was her colleague who calmly explained to me that there had simply been a price change, which could have been clarified from the start.
I hope that management will pay attention to this type of behavior in order to improve the reception and functioning of the team.

I stopped by this afternoon and was quite surprised by the atmosphere among the staff. A woman wearing a headscarf was speaking very rudely to her colleague, shouting at her in front of the customers and talking down to her, which made the scene rather awkward. Because she was shouting so loudly, it was hard to understand what she was saying, even when she was addressing the entire department; her accent didn't help matters.
Fortunately, the woman being reprimanded remained professional and kept smiling throughout. All my best to her. Despite this situation, the products are still very good.
