22/08/2026: Friday, 7 PM, I parked coming from Figeac. I was in the commercial area for gas and the Aveyron market. I stopped there to eat at the market restaurant. I went in, and a young waiter greeted me and offered me a table to myself. I chose one. I sat down and looked at the reserved tables. They took care of me: an aperitif of duck foot and a slice of bread with bacon, and a small glass of Cahors red wine. A good market atmosphere. For my starter, I chose a gizzard salad with seasoned duck heart, which was generous and tasty. The aligot and duck sausage had a wonderful farm-fresh aroma. I didn't have dessert because I was completely full. The atmosphere between the servers and the customers was excellent and friendly; everyone had their role: the one who greeted us, the one who suggested things, the one who brought us food, and the one who managed the group while also having a kind word for each customer. A truly noteworthy address, and I'm convinced that the future of farming lies in this kind of collaboration. In any case, the restaurant team showcases this sector well; thank you. 26/09/2026: Be aware that the prices are not the same outside as inside. The desserts are all frozen. The staff speaks in Asian languages ​​so you can't understand what they're saying to each other. The cutlery is mixed up between the different courses. The staff is unpleasant. Very little choice. I won't be going back. When you realize they made a mistake on the bill, they're not happy about having to give you a refund.

22/09/2026: First time I went there with my family. We weren't disappointed! Really good food, all you can eat! Don't waste any! The products are, in our opinion, fresh. Wide selection: scallops, sushi, spring rolls, samosas, pork... we'll definitely be back!

10/10/2026: Hello, I had lunch at Flunch this Saturday, October 10, 2026. Despite the large crowd, I found the staff particularly dedicated and professional. I especially noticed a young woman named Chloé, whose name I made sure to ask. I found her remarkable, always attentive to the customers, meticulous about every detail, and responsive to their every need. Having myself held team management positions within a large company, I know how to recognize a well-organized team. I witnessed a veritable ballet, with superb collective choreography, where everyone seemed to perfectly master their role. All this with coordination worthy of a true conductor! I would particularly like to congratulate Chloé for her professionalism, energy, and dedication to service. But I would also like to congratulate the person who recruited her or who helped her develop. It's important to recognize talent, and Chloé is clearly one of them. She possesses excellent professional qualities, and I am convinced that she still has a great deal of potential and a bright future ahead of her. 05/10/2026: We wanted to come for an afternoon snack at your place, but it was closed! It's quite common for you to close in the afternoons, and you're only open Friday and Saturday evenings, and now in the afternoons too! We don't even know why you're closing! And now we can't get a crepe or a waffle before 3:30 PM—it's absurd! What are we supposed to do if we finish work at 2:30 PM?!

I believe that a minimum of respect and consideration towards employees is essential, even when there are disagreements or professional difficulties. 11/10/2026: Sweet bakery making the very best baked goods. I stopped in every morning to pick up croissants for breakfast on a recent week-long visit visit to Paris. They were kind, even when my French was less-than-helpful.

01/10/2026: I loved their baguette, croissants, and pain au chocolat. Plus, the staff are incredibly friendly to foreigners who don't speak French. It's an excellent place to enjoy traditional French bread!

03/06/2026: The hotel is clean and very comfortable. The adjoining restaurant is excellent for meat.
