We're not this vendor's priority.
He's preoccupied with other things during service.
He doesn't pay attention to the order in which customers arrive (serving people who arrived later).
He doesn't provide paper napkins when we order takeout.
In short, you need to work on your customer service.

at 8:40 am the toilets were already filthy and without toilet paper, just like the rest of the dining room (disgusting floor, sticky table, etc.). It certainly hadn't been cleaned since the day before. Yuck.
