She became irritated from the start, before I even had a chance to explain my request, and then she hung up on me. When I called back, she told me, "This is a business, we don't have time, come in person." But of course, it was much more aggressive and showed a significant lack of respect and professionalism. It should even be illegal, I was so shocked by such an obnoxious person with such a ruthless and dangerous manner and extreme aggression. I remained respectful and expressed my shock, but this person showed no mercy in her words and actions. I absolutely do not recommend this tobacconist, which employs verbally abusive staff like this woman, who was probably stung by some nasty bug! P.S.: Honestly, if it had been someone else, they wouldn't have gotten away with it.
