It's a bakery chain, so you shouldn't expect anything extraordinary. But for me, the most noticeable issue is the staff, who aren't always friendly. Even less so during the holidays...

We returned after our trip to Ariège and were disappointed not to see Théo, but luckily his sidekick Stéphane was there, faithfully at his post! We always receive a warm welcome at the Marie Blanchère in Le Séquestre; we feel right at home!

23/04/2026: A very good experience. Even though I was only passing through, I wouldn't hesitate to return as soon as I have the chance. The food is good, the staff is welcoming and friendly, and the dining room is nicely decorated and clean. I recommend it!

29/04/2026: The professionalism of the servers was very much appreciated, especially Assane's. I came to eat with my mother and wanted to order a Monaco (a type of iced coffee). Assane, our server, asked me my age and very politely explained that he couldn't serve me alcohol because I'm underage. It's the first time this has happened to us, and we really appreciated having a server who respected the rules. The meal was also very good.
