I have been coming to get my bread once a week for 2 years. Unfortunately I find that there is some neglect. Regularly the baguettes are not ready at 9 a.m. (the shop opens at 8 a.m.), this morning for example there were only toasted or white baguettes but not between the two! Sometimes you walk into the store and the music is blaring, you can't hear yourself. The new waitresses put the pastries in the paper bag in bulk; some time ago, they were stored correctly and you didn't find them all crushed. This is my rant because I find this lack of organization and monitoring of new teammates a shame.
We are now in August and I am once again deploring shortcomings. It has been twice in fifteen days that the batches have been very salty and the salt has not been mixed. It's "disgusting" I almost vomited as did my husband. Information taken from customers who were waiting in line, they were entitled to the same thing; it was after 9:00 a.m. and no batch was ready. Recurring staff problem.
Mr. Manager, it is high time to enter the arena and address the big problems that are accumulating instead of publishing only good reviews on your site and not responding to justified criticism!!!
Consequently, I no longer get my supplies from you and you lose 8 to 12 baguettes/week as well as 8 chocolatines.

Une nouvelle fois, la qualité de l'accueil de cette boulangerie est super. Stephen le pizzaiolo est non seulement très sympathique mais il est aussi content de fabriquer de suite la pizza qui vous manque dans l'étal. Non seulement ça fait plaisir mais on sent bien que lui aussi a plaisir à vous satisfaire. Merci à lui, bravo.
