Unfriendly saleswoman who snaps at customers. A woman in front of me was firmly reprimanded for taking a pastry bag: "You have to leave the bags on the display case and take them when you've paid." It's not written anywhere, at least not visibly. And then it was my turn... Next... I ordered an apple turnover and five cream puffs. "Did you see the price?" "Yes." "Ten is a better deal." "No, I only want five, thank you." And then: "I'm just doing my job..." More arguing ensued. I was reprimanded. You can't say she has a keen sense of customer service. Such a welcome makes you want to go to the competition, of which there are plenty nearby.

Service needs improvement; you always have to wait forever during peak hours.

I arrived at 7 pm and received a lukewarm welcome. The staff seemed more concerned with selling me their leftovers at 50% off than with serving the two baguettes I'd come for. The two baguettes I was served were small, and when I got home I weighed them. Unsurprisingly, one weighed 184g and the other 196g. At €1.10 each, it's highway robbery! So I'll never go back.
