a little surprised and surprised the other day, when I passed by here and saw all these bees landing on the cakes! so honestly did I find it filthy? no I wouldn't say that, because there's nothing cleaner than a bee, it's not like the sea flies** that land on the? but hey, a little surprised all the same to see that, and as I'm super frank, I didn't hesitate to point it out to the one who served me! She answered me this: as long as they don't bite us, that's the main thing! yeah well, that didn't stop me from buying 4 hazelnut donuts, even if these young ladies landed on them! but it is true that this can dissuade more than one person from buying your cakes! but fortunately this problem of insect invasion is only during the summer period (hot weather) and I admit that if it were all year round! bug and ladybug 🐞 I won't come and buy cakes in this place! but normally, businesses that care about their OWN image always have to take steps to prevent this from happening, because in your opinion, what can you think of a store when you see things like That ? and although they are dirty? yes we can definitely think that! since they let these dear bees forage from cake to cake. ! and speaking of cakes, I'll try these little honey cakes that I saw the other time! apart from that, I come here now, because it's cheaper than the other bakeries in Ganges and my goodness, the little cakes are not that bad! yeah apparently, they know how to do them well! but for the breads? no they don't insure tons, it's not extra extraordinary either! I'm not going to buy them piece by piece with their baguette 🍞 I won't go and buy them piece by piece either, but certainly not here! As for me, I add 2 additional stars for the excellent pastries which are well worth it! and it will be nice for customers if next summer you finally find a solution for bees! because with global warming, things won't get better! They risk coming to collect your cakes by the thousands..I'm kidding but you never know?

I repeat all my stars. After spending quite some time on a Sunday looking for somewhere to buy food and finding practically nothing due to this schedule system that you have here in France. I find myself on a Monday, a bolangerie, where people queue to buy buns, sweets. It seems strange to me that there aren't more establishments of the same style where they make such good brioxería. I reiterate my five stars in everything. Maybe I would reduce one to the service because despite trying to express myself in French, being Spanish, they immediately wanted to serve me in English. And there really wasn't that much of a rush. The family that was ahead of us then spent a long time deciding something else they were going to take. Thanks a lot. We will return. By the way, can't you have a coffee with a pastry at the premises? It seems so strange to me

The team is super friendly and welcoming! But on the other hand, the poor people work in horrible heat, wake up the bosses and install emergency air conditioning for them!!!!!!!!
