Perhaps it would be wise to teach the employees some manners. You say hello and they don't even respond; it's appalling.

Hello, I came to this store today. I was quite surprised by the atmosphere. I am outraged by the comments of the person who must be the manager, given her behavior towards the other employees (belittling, mean words). Some of the saleswomen had red eyes. The saleswomen provided excellent service, and I wish them all the best.

So, the saleswoman who served me this afternoon, May 30th, at 2:30 PM, didn't say thank you, hello, or goodbye! I've never seen anything like it in retail; the service was nonexistent.

A very pleasant and specific experience with saleswomen who were always smiling; Prescilia is very smiley, kind to her employees, and welcoming.

I'm a regular customer, and it turns out that the shortest saleswoman is yelling at her customers, saying, and I quote, "damn it!" and "they're annoying!" Do something about it, because when the manager isn't there, she takes liberties. It's a shame because the atmosphere is usually good.

As a regular customer during the lunch break, I was outraged to see one of the employees (short and red-haired) insult her apprentice colleague (who looks about fifteen years old). I've been eating here for several years, and it bothers me to come to such a dreary atmosphere. Despite this, I'm giving it 5 stars because I'm hopeful that action will be taken.

As a lunchtime customer, I am very disappointed by a certain employee who dared to insult her apprentice colleague, calling him an "asshole" in front of other customers. As a regular customer, I hope this young employee will be reprimanded because, in the manager's absence, she acts arrogantly!

I'm a customer who comes in the evening, and the short saleswoman is very unpleasant. She insults her colleagues and speaks rudely to customers when the manager isn't there. When the manager goes on maternity leave, I fear the bakery will go bankrupt with this saleswoman; she won't be up to the task of running it.

Top-notch bakery. Always delicious treats at very reasonable prices, and a wide variety of excellent breads. Friendly staff. I highly recommend it.
