A wonderful discovery made somewhat by chance, and absolutely no disappointment!
Honestly, it's one of the best pizzas we've ever had.
The crust is excellent: crispy even after cooling, yet soft and light. You can immediately tell it's not a pizza thrown together in a hurry.
The ingredients are of very high quality, and each one has real flavor.
You can tell there's genuine expertise and a lot of experience behind it.
As a restaurateur and chef myself, someone who knows the business and the quality of ingredients well, I sincerely take my hat off to them. It's truly excellent work.
It had been a long time since we'd enjoyed a pizza this much.
We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area again.

The pizzas are good. We've been loyal customers for several years.
However (this comes up in other reviews) the pizza dough is much too thin. For tomato-based pizzas, the toppings always end up stuck to the cardboard, which is quite annoying.
(Photos of our order tonight and last week's) This issue was already raised over the phone when we placed an order several years ago. Do you think it would be possible to increase the weight of your dough balls so the dough isn't stretched so much?
