Boulangerie Marie Blachere sur Albi

I sometimes come to your establishments; the breads are varied and the pastries delicious, but the term "pain au chocolat" instead of "chocolatine" here in Albi! That's unacceptable 🙄!

I stopped by this Saturday, March 21st, around 12:30 PM: only one cashier to handle about ten customers… seriously? The result: a wait, of course. Luckily, the cashier was friendly and professional, because he was clearly doing the work of several people single-handedly. The sandwich was good, no complaints there. But perhaps it's time to adjust the number of cashiers during peak hours, don't you think?

A well-stocked bakery, very friendly and smiling staff, our favorite bakery in Albi.

I'm changing my opinion because the management has changed, and it's a good thing! This bakery needed just what it needed.
