29/08/2026: No complaints whatsoever. We came for the food and left delighted... Delighted also by the calm and intimate atmosphere, and even more so by the service, where you're greeted with a smile from the moment you enter, and this continues throughout the entire meal, regardless of who you encounter. Not a single flaw. Thank you. Regarding the prices, yes, they are quite high, but perhaps that's also the key to a successful evening.

06/08/2026: Great place!!! We are a family of four. We went to La Préfecture very late, when they were about to close. They were extremely kind to offer us a meal with whatever plates they had left. The food was delicious; everything is homemade. Really tasty! The staff is really nice and the place is awesome!

09/08/2026: Le Clos reminds you that while a restaurant is a place to eat (a good one in this case), it's also a place (superb), an atmosphere (fantastic), and service (exceptionally attentive, high-quality, and kind!). In short, to paraphrase the saying "What more could you ask for?", I would answer, "An evening at Le Clos, Your Grace!" Absolutely fantastic, and on top of that, remarkable value for money! Run (after making a reservation)!

07/09/2026: A warm and professional welcome. We had a wonderful time enjoying the €21 lunch menu, which was very tempting and expertly prepared with excellent fresh, homemade ingredients, from appetizer to dessert. Excellent value for money. The setting is very pleasant, the service attentive and friendly; we highly recommend it! We will be back to explore the à la carte menu, which made our mouths water just by looking at it.

06/09/2026: We made a reservation in August for four people, but unfortunately, our reservation wasn't honored, which can happen... The person who greeted us was rude and basically told us to go somewhere else. We've never been treated so badly in a restaurant. I asked to speak to management, and they found a solution immediately, for which we are very grateful. Unfortunately, we were seated under a pergola despite the rain, and we were with some very elderly people. We enjoyed the food and the restaurant's decor, but the service was deplorable. Message to management: change your waiter.

Everything was delicious, high-quality ingredients at reasonable prices, the service was absolutely perfect, we felt right at home, the wine was superb, and the menu was very detailed. 21/08/2026: Our dinner was delicious from aperitif to dessert. The entire team was welcoming, attentive, and friendly. The dishes were excellent (quality of ingredients, seasoning, combinations, and quantity), the decor was beautiful, the view of the cathedral was stunning, and everything was spotless. 13/08/2026: Among the best restaurants in Albi. Le Poulet de la Pampa is definitely in my top 5. It's real cuisine, everything has flavor, and the ingredients are different from what you find in your average brasserie or restaurant. The owners are very friendly.

26/07/2026: What can I say about the new owner? He and his wife are much more pleasant. His ribeye steak with his homemade Argentinian sauce is, for me, the restaurant's best-seller. But having tasted everything else, it's all very good. The ham has real flavor. Don't change a thing.

23/08/2026: I went to the Shamrock 3 times before writing this review, the service was not pleasant at all, they took 20 minutes to take an order, the drinks were served without straws, not a smile, they preferred to chat with tables of people they knew, walked past our table 5 times before asking us if we had ordered, I rarely leave bad reviews but this is just not possible... and no apparent self-reflection!
