A shop that doesn't look like much but an excellent sugar fougasse, a treat.

Really mixed experience. The fougasse itself is good. You have to love sugar, because it's very sweet on top. On the other hand, what can we say about the welcome... We came Tuesday August 20 morning and clearly, the saleswoman was not happy to be there. No advice on choosing the number of portions, we feel like we're bothering him when we ask to wrap the fougasse in paper. The less we bought, the better. We weren't asked if we wanted anything else, especially not. It's a shame, I think it will end up harming the reputation of the establishment...

A 19h nous avons pris 3 parts de la fougasse servie par une jeune vendeuse charmante qui nous a sorti une plaque ,malgré l'heure de la fermeture. Elle nous a fait goûter une merveille 🤩 un gâteau comme un nuage, cuit à la perfection. Encore merci pour cette découverte.

We stopped by just before breakfast and grabbed a fougasse and a flan. Were served quickly. The flan was incredibly tasty, absolute recommendation. The fougasse was a bit compact and very intense in taste, there was a bit too much orange blossom aroma for us as it seemed almost soapy. We ate more delicate fougasse elsewhere. The prices are super fair. The store appears to have only recently opened, it is practically furnished with a very large L-shaped counter from which you can easily view and select the products. However, there is a lack of decoration and the atmosphere is a little sterile. Maybe there will be help there. We definitely wish you good luck!
