Delighted to see that new young owners have taken over the bakeries and that the recipe for sweet fougasse is still the same! New products in both pastries and pastries that are a pleasure. I had the chance to chat with the boss who is very commercial, and found sympathy on the sales side. Change is sometimes good!!!

For me as a tourist, it is the best bakery for particularly delicious sweet specialties in the wide area! They brought back childhood memories and made my heart soar! The selection is small but nice! We bought seven different things and everything was fantastically delicious in its own way. This is true and honest baking craftsmanship. If you're expecting coffee, you're probably in the wrong theater! The few bad reviews certainly come from strange, stressed people who don't have their wits together.

Dommage que les heures d'ouvertures soient aussi tardives le matin. Au moins laisser une boutique ouverte à 6h30 ça serait bien pour les gens qui partent bosser tôt ainsi que nos jeunes qui prennent le bus Ps il manque du temps de repos de levage de pâte pour les fougasse sucrées et salées.

Nous avions envie de goûter la spécialité... la fougasse ! Nous nous sommes régalés ! Un accueil chaleureux et rapide. Nous avons pu là déguster sur la petite terrasse à l'extérieur. Top, merci beaucoup !
