You invite opinions, certainly some are harsh and lack kindness, we must not stop there... you do a wonderful, hard job which is being lost to the detriment of the Supermarkets... to say that your bread is similar to U is an abuse but it is true that it is not wonderful either. On the other hand, your pastels are incredible and the little cinnamon offered is magnificent... you are a good pastry chef with a wide choice... Your pastries and the traditional baguette... are open to criticism because the French are demanding on their croissants 🥐 the puff pastry is not crazy and surely due to the quality of your products... that is understandable... but that does not prevent you from having loyal customers who much prefers your homemade bread to supermarkets! Thanks for being there!
