First of all, a huge thank you for your warm welcome. There were 12 of us, we hadn't made a reservation, and you found a solution for us quickly despite the large crowd on Tuesday evening.
The children ate very well. The hamburger was cooked perfectly. They finished everything, by the way! We also had very good mussels and a high-quality veal chop. Well done to the kitchen!
Thank you to Mr. David for your welcome and professionalism, and to the charming Laure who gave us excellent advice from beginning to end.

A fantastic experience during the Béziers Feria!
We tried this bistro right in the middle of the Feria, which was incredibly busy and the staff was clearly very busy. Despite the crowds, we managed to get a table quickly, and the service was quite smooth and fast, which was really appreciated given how busy it was!
I especially enjoyed their paella, and frankly, it was delicious! A tasty meal and a great find.
I really want to commend the staff, who were obviously very busy but still did their best to welcome customers and minimize the wait. Overall, a great experience, with a warm welcome and a good meal. I recommend it!

The restaurant is very well located, right in the heart of Béziers.
The staff were excellent, both our waitress and the head waiter.
The food is simple, efficient, and very good—exactly what you expect from a brasserie. Well done!

We came the day after the feria and had a wonderful time at this restaurant! 😊 The staff were welcoming and friendly, with impeccable service, thanks in particular to a lovely and very professional young woman with dark hair.
The menu is small, but the ingredients are high quality, and that's what really matters! We had the paella for €18.90, which was generous and absolutely delicious. And I can tell you, I'm a paella expert 😋🥘: it was truly excellent!
The atmosphere is also very convivial, with a singer on the terrace adding a lovely ambiance to the meal. 🎶 A fantastic find, I highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
