From the organization to the welcome, from the cocktail hour to the meal, not to mention the service and the smiles of the entire team: nothing to complain about! Highly professional, quality products, a delicious meal, and a team that went above and beyond. The entertainment around the wedding cake was simply magnificent and truly memorable. 20/08/2026: We've (almost) finished our pizzas! They're so loaded that I'm saving some for later, haha. They're delicious and were piping hot when we picked them up, even though it was about a 7-minute drive home. We thoroughly enjoyed them, and my partner, who's a pizza lover, was also very satisfied, so go for it! 😂 The homemade hot sauce was also very good! Absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend these pizzas and this pizzeria, and we'll gladly come back even though we're not from Béziers. 😊 Thanks to the pizza maker who was lovely, gave us a very warm welcome, and offered us a homemade tiramisu as a treat—also delicious! It's made me love tiramisu again! 🤤 See you soon! 😊

19/09/2026: The staff is very friendly and welcoming, but I have mixed feelings about my experience. I found the service a bit too intrusive: we were asked very frequently if everything was alright, to the point that it somewhat interrupted the conversation and the time spent at the table. Regarding the menu, I thought it was a shame that there were no salads offered in the evening, especially for those who wanted a lighter meal. The same goes for the set menus: the starter + main course + dessert option is quite substantial, and I would have appreciated the option of choosing just a starter + main course or a main course + dessert. Finally, considering what was offered, I found the value for money rather high. This is, of course, a personal opinion. So, the staff is pleasant, but the set menu doesn't really correspond to what I look for when I go to a restaurant in the evening.

We opted for the Lobster menu and were not disappointed; everything was beautifully prepared and delicious—the plates spoke for themselves! The desserts were also excellent. We had a wonderful time. The only downside was the decor, which was a bit dated and could use a refresh.

18/09/2026: I had a really lovely time at L’Ambassade. I particularly enjoyed the butternut squash and hazelnut velouté, served as an amuse-bouche: delicious! The sea bass supreme was also very good, and the dessert was perfect for the girls. However, I was a little disappointed by the starter, which was advertised as grilled squid with garden cherry tomatoes, Niçoise style. Instead of grilled squid, I found it was presented more like squid in broth and served cold. There was only one cherry tomato, accompanied mainly by sliced ​​carrots and zucchini. I found this a bit disappointing considering the description and what I had imagined. As for the service, it was pleasant overall, but I felt it sometimes lacked a bit of attention, especially with the drinks. Here's my brief feedback, with a very good overall impression and a lovely time spent at the Embassy.

You can immediately feel their desire to share their expertise and love of coffee. The course is extremely comprehensive, engaging, and packed with practical information that goes far beyond simply learning about coffee. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, and full of good humor. The whole team is incredibly welcoming, supportive, available, and attentive. You learn a tremendous amount without ever getting bored. The discussions are enriching, the explanations are clear, and everyone takes the time to answer questions. The center is perfectly organized, the facilities are spotless, there's excellent equipment, numerous machines, and everything is designed to allow you to practice in the best possible conditions. Everything runs smoothly and is very professional. It's the kind of course where you leave with real skills, but also with incredible motivation. You see people who are deeply aligned with their profession and passionate about what they do, and that's incredibly inspiring. I recommend this training 200%. A huge thank you to Brice Robin and his entire team for their warm welcome, their generosity, and the exceptional quality of their teaching!
