20/08/2026: We've (almost) finished our pizzas! They're so loaded that I'm saving some for later, haha. They're delicious and were piping hot when we picked them up, even though it was about a 7-minute drive home. We thoroughly enjoyed them, and my partner, who's a pizza lover, was also very satisfied, so go for it! 😂 The homemade hot sauce was also very good! Absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend these pizzas and this pizzeria, and we'll gladly come back even though we're not from Béziers. 😊 Thanks to the pizza maker who was lovely, gave us a very warm welcome, and offered us a homemade tiramisu as a treat—also delicious! It's made me love tiramisu again! 🤤 See you soon! 😊

29/07/2026: A wonderful discovery in Béziers. The dishes were perfectly prepared; the sweetbreads and rabbit, which are hard to find in restaurants, were delicious. There was a lovely emphasis on vegetables, expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The cheese platter was also a delightful journey through the regions of France. The small Corsican cheese was excellent. Thank you for this wonderful evening. The chef's visit at the end of the meal is always a welcome touch.

31/08/2026: 2024, We'd been wanting to try Pierre Augé's cuisine for a long time. We finally did! It's inventive, with sophisticated flavors and divinely cooked. We'll definitely be back. Edit 2026, second visit and just as good. The chef himself creates the menu, based on his inspiration and the freshest ingredients. It's delicious, fresh, original—in short, come eat at Petit Pierre's and treat your taste buds.

You immediately feel at ease, like you're visiting friends. And what can we say about his cuisine… always so generous, flavorful, and full of character! A real treat, with that little touch that makes you want to come back. 06/08/2026: I was fortunate enough to take this course through the CPF (Personal Training Account), and what a wonderful discovery it was! Brice Robin and his entire team are truly passionate. You can immediately feel their desire to share their expertise and love of coffee. The course is extremely comprehensive, engaging, and packed with practical information that goes far beyond simply learning about coffee. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, and full of good humor. The whole team is incredibly welcoming, supportive, available, and attentive. You learn a tremendous amount without ever getting bored. The discussions are enriching, the explanations are clear, and everyone takes the time to answer questions. The center is perfectly organized, the facilities are spotless, there's excellent equipment, numerous machines, and everything is designed to allow you to practice in the best possible conditions. Everything runs smoothly and is very professional. It's the kind of course where you leave with real skills, but also with incredible motivation. You see people who are deeply aligned with their profession and passionate about what they do, and that's incredibly inspiring. I recommend this training 200%. A huge thank you to Brice Robin and his entire team for their warm welcome, their generosity, and the exceptional quality of their teaching!

31/07/2026: A wonderful experience and a beautiful location with a breathtaking view of the stadium. We received a very warm welcome with professional and efficient service, despite the crowd and reduced staff. The manager and her team were everywhere at once, always ready to assist customers with a smile. Kudos to all three of them and to the kitchen team, as the food was excellent. We will be back!

04/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! I loved the place, from the terrace and the decor to the fantastic market-style atmosphere. The open kitchen is a real bonus: you can watch the dishes being prepared, which makes it even more enticing. I chose the meat, which was incredibly tender and flavorful, served with fries and homemade sauce. The daily special, prepared on-site, is also very reasonably priced. This is definitely a place I'll keep in mind; I'll be back!

25/08/2026: Excellent dinner, atmosphere and service! On a Monday when everything seemed closed we discovered Les Louis. The tarte tatin: 10 points! We had dinner between 2: anchovy and artichoke salad and duck breast with honey sauce accompanied by an unforgettable red wine. Merci!

21/08/2026: Given all the positive reviews for this restaurant, we were very surprised by our experience. The biggest negative point of our evening was the wait; an hour passed between our arrival and the service of our food, even though the terraces were open but the interior was closed. Perhaps they were understaffed? But we received no explanation. Apparently, our request for extra seasoning didn't sit well with one of the waiters, who made an inappropriate remark. As for the dishes, they were classic, made with what were probably industrial ingredients; which contrasts sharply with the prices (€14 for two small goat cheese toasts). In closing, we would still like to thank Chantal for her cheerfulness and service. The restaurant's location is also ideal, and the building itself is very charming.

08/06/2026: Efficient and tasty, the set menus are sufficient for a basic appetite, generous portions, and good quality! The gentleman at the counter is lovely, I recommend it!
