Boulangerie-Pâtisserie Sauvage Thierry sur Bagneres-De-Bigorre

Amazing blueberry tarts! We went back the very next day ;)

Passing through Bagnères and having a sweet tooth for blueberries, I couldn't have found a better spot! Blueberry treats in all shapes and sizes... 😋 I chose the apple and blueberry crumble, the blueberry cake, and a savory pizza for lunch, and I thoroughly enjoyed it!! Everything was absolutely delicious 👍😋

We bought bread and pastries there once: very expensive and not very tasty. We recommend another bakery in the city center (Madeleine) which makes beautiful and delicious products.

I really loved this bakery, excellent breakfast options and great service!!

My other culinary favorite, rivaled only by another bakery in Bagnères, is simple and authentic... you know, those unpretentious little gems, run by true independent businesses, artisans who love to please us with their taste, their smile, their kind words—in short, with a human touch before the "local produce and cash register." Basque cake, generous baker's pizza, blueberry tart, butter croissant... Good, real, regional. Will I go back? Of course I will!

On holiday in Bagnères-de-Bigorre, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pastries and the bread. We'll definitely stock up before heading back to Toulouse. Well done!

Thank you so much for the service and the quality of your products!

A delight every time you visit. A small, homemade pastry shop and bakery where you feel right at home.

Excellent bakery and pastry shop
