Miam
Bagneres-De-Bigorre
27/09/2026: Excellent restaurant with a concise menu (only 3 dishes, including a vegan option), but everything is made fresh right in front of you with flair and using superb, high-quality, fresh, and expertly prepared ingredients.
The owner himself cooks with his charm and spontaneity: a delightful spectacle!
And the menu changes regularly (every two weeks).
11/09/2026: We had a wonderful time together as sisters, the food was delicious and the atmosphere, thanks to the host, was very pleasant, thank you!!

la Courte Echelle
Bagneres-De-Bigorre
13/09/2026: A wonderful moment of conviviality around a rich and authentic cuisine.
12/09/2026: Good restaurant despite the ratings we gave, but the dining room was very noisy and, due to a lack of service, when we requested a bottle of champagne, we had to ask for flutes because the waiter was going to serve us in wine glasses 🍷 oops

L Assiette de Juliette
Bagneres-De-Bigorre
15/04/2026: A superb discovery. Honestly, I'm speechless. Well, almost. Superb. Exquisite and refined cuisine, professional and efficient service, a truly welcoming atmosphere. The best thing to do is go and experience it for yourself.
05/04/2026: Easter lunch menu at €56 per person.
The location is very pleasant, as is the terrace.
The outdoor chairs are too low for the tables and could use some cushions.
The rap music coming from the kitchen somewhat spoils the atmosphere.
The quality of the ingredients was there, but the price/menu ratio was a bit too high for my taste.

Escale D' Asie
Bagneres-De-Bigorre
05/10/2026: Absolutely incredible!
It had been a long time since I'd eaten so well in a restaurant; I thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert.
The beef samosas were divine.
The beef mi xao with crispy noodles was incredible and very generous.
The homemade caramel pineapple was to die for.
I ordered two appetizers and two desserts because it was so delicious.
And the value for money was unbeatable!
A thousand thanks for this Asian interlude during our vacation! 🐲

Les Petites Vosges
Bagneres-De-Bigorre
21/05/2026: I visited in 2019 and have incredible memories of this place. 😍 My only regret is not having found the time to go back yet. But I highly, wholeheartedly recommend it. It's a beautiful place and the food is absolutely delicious. 👏
11/05/2026: We discovered this tea room yesterday and it was a wonderful find. A warm and welcoming place, the owner is very kind. The pastries are excellent, made by her husband who is a pastry chef. The wild blueberry tart was delicious, and the strawberry cake was very good. We loved it and will definitely be back. A must-visit if you're in Bagnères (next to Aquensis).
