12/04/2026: I had lunch today, Sunday, April 12th, at Le Colombale restaurant. The setting was beautiful, and we ate deliciously. I had fried calamari for an appetizer—super crispy on the outside, incredibly tender calamari—and then I had spaghetti with clams. It was excellent, and above all, the pasta was cooked perfectly. To finish, a sublime layered dessert, Entremet, a biscuit base, a dark chocolate cream, and a coconut cream—a perfect combination. The staff were super friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
