Loyal customer, children love it too...it's the break that everyone is asking for. Clean, warm, the staff is great, the young person who recently arrived is exactly professional, which is appreciated. Please could you consider a small heater in the toilet for comfort when changing babies? It was very cold. Thank you

Saleswoman who was at the counter at 6:45 a.m. on 10/18/2024 super unpleasant not a smile!! As if we were disturbing her... Luckily the croissant was good! Sincerely.

13/09/2024: Customer for a while, the quality is there, another bakery that still does “homemade” stuff, that’s a good point. On the other hand, at the moment we have to let go. Lack of products, 9:30 a.m. some things are not yet in the window... Be careful not to ruin everything. I will change the rating if I see improvement on my next visit.

20/09/2024: A 5 out of 5 for the manager of Flunch who came to correct an unfortunate cooking of my fish. She offered to make me a new one, this one was excellent and came with a very good sauce. A real treat! This is how we recognize people's professionalism! To make a mistake is human, and it is how we react to it that shows us the importance we have as a customer! A big thank you madam, I remain with the magnificent memory of this tender and delicious fish! And let those who need to be inspired by this do so! I have always been happy to come and eat at Flunch, and I am happy to return there next time...for a good piece of fish!
