Very good bakery. I have good memories of each of my visits. The bread is very good and keeps for a long time (especially the sourdough one) the pastries are delicious and refined! Pierre-francois, Giada and Océane always welcome us with a smile. Beautiful family atmosphere!

Become demanding by our baker, we found an equivalent in the south with a light, crispy baguette. And don’t hesitate on the little brioches either! A sin of gluttony!

Small bakery, with excellent bread and pastries, I highly recommend it.

We were passing through to go to the market and so we needed some bread. Very clean and welcoming bakery. We took a not overcooked baguette that was TOP crispy and the soft, airy crumb was a real delight.

I highly recommend Boulangerie Amat C! Both for the wonderful bread, from baguettes to mountain breads made in many ways, to cereals etc., and for the desserts, tarts, cakes, bioches, small pastries, biscuits and Christmas sweets, spectacular! The owners are nice, kind and always approachable. The shop is small but inside there is great quality and respect for the raw materials! Well done, keep it up!😍

Quelle belle boulangerie ! On recent l'histoire et le savoir faire "à l'ancienne ". C'est un lieu simple mais tellement beau à l'image des excellents pains fabriqués au levain et à la farine de qualité. Les viennoiseries ainsi que les patisseries sont à tomber : on a envie de tout acheter (non je ne suis pas gourmand...🙄😋). Et pour couronner le tout, accueil et gentillesse sont au rendez-vous ! Merci pour le travail que vous faites 👍
