Boulangerie Poulard sur Metz

The bread is very good but I don't understand how we can't have pain au chocolat or croissants at 10 a.m....the staff is very nice.

We love breads, brioches and flans... Special mention to cookies sold by weight 🥰😋

I'm not from Metz but when I go there, the Poulard bakery is a must-go for me. The saleswoman Louissa and Anna Marie are too nice. I really like this place ❤️

Best bread and pastries I've had in Metz. The only downside: the quantities of pastries available, often not available in the afternoon. And then on Sundays around 11 a.m. everything is already almost finished (including the bread).

Boulangerie vecchia scuola, con ottimi sandwiches e dolci. Ho perduto il pain au chocolat perche era tardi, ma ho preso un tortino alle mandorle e cioccolato che era una delizia. Prezzi ordinari, personale gentile.

Good and rather generous products. However, there is too little product diversity for higher than average prices.

Nothing to say about the quality. However, your reputation has been partly built on the use of organic flours: today, there is no longer a dedicated display on sales sites and the answers given by your colleagues remain evasive on the subject. Can you clarify your position on the use (or abandonment) of organic flours in bread making?
