We drove 30 minutes because chat gpt told us it was the best bakery in Metz, and I can confirm: it's by far the best bakery I've ever tried! The traditional baguette is divine, the croissants are exquisite, and the pastries are worthy of a top-tier establishment. It's a pure marvel; we will return with immense pleasure, and I recommend everyone try it—it's incredible! Bravo to the bakers for their excellent work and to the lovely ladies who greet the customers—they are so pleasant!

This was truly amazing. Delicious croissants just steps away from the hotel where we stayed. I came to the bakery at 6 a.m. and already saw many locals there — which is always a great sign. And indeed, the croissants were excellent: fresh, aromatic, and with a perfect texture. The staff were very friendly and attentive. While I was waiting for my sandwich, I was offered a coffee. And even after I had placed my order, they kindly offered me a takeaway coffee for my wife — a very thoughtful gesture. When I pass through this area again, I will definitely try to stop by if I have the chance.

The Easter order was incredible! The cakes, the chocolates, and everything else... it was all absolutely delicious! The service was top-notch; I've never seen such excellent service in a bakery. A server offered us a hot drink and brioche while we waited. Go without hesitation!
