I came today, Thursday, July 2nd, 2026. I know this bakery well; for me, it's an exceptional bakery, the best in Metz and the surrounding area. The products are outstanding, and the cheesecake, my favorite, is a delight! ☺️ When you want to eat well, you have to pay the price, and even when you do, you're never disappointed at this bakery. I recommend it without hesitation. I almost forgot the warm welcome from the young man behind the counter. He was incredibly kind and gave us a lovely chat about our respective jobs. Truly, a perfect bakery.

It had been years since I'd eaten pastries this good.

We're traveling through Lorraine and wanted to try some local pastries, especially quiche Lorraine and pâté Lorraine, and we were absolutely delighted. We also took the opportunity to try something sweet: apricot rhubarb and croissants. The flavors were amazing, the quality incredible… We felt like Hansel and Gretel trapped in an edible house. A very kind and polite young man served us, which was great considering we don't speak French and had a little trouble communicating what we wanted. I would love to go back. And of course, I highly recommend it.

I've already enjoyed this delicious strawberry shortcake several times and I never get tired of it! The trip from Zoufftgen to Metz is definitely worth it: it's a pure delight. Gourmet flavors, consistent quality, and so much pleasure every time. I recommend it without hesitation!
