The bread is excellent, the sandwiches are generous; the ham is very good and the bread is very crusty. A bonus: the pastries are amazing, especially the raisin bread. Don't hesitate to try the apple tart! Congratulations from Sarthe!

I always stop for a bite and the truth is I always will, at the foot of the road and easy access you can always park to fill your stomach or have a coffee. Lots of variety and very fast service. Good quality price. It needs a facelift, otherwise it's pretty good.

10/06/2026: We went there for dinner. The setting was very pleasant with a sunset over the Ariège river, a friendly welcome, smiling waiters, and good regional specialties. I recommend it.
