The staff were friendly, kind, and professional.
Open from 11:30 am.
I loved it, I highly recommend it.
13/09/2026: What can I say? Everything was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It's a shame we live so far away; we would have come often. A must-try restaurant!

Nothing is good.
Nothing is homemade, and his place is a ghost town, with empty tables.
08/09/2026: Le Vieux Carré is truly a fantastic restaurant!
A simple, warm, and friendly welcome. We tried the hamburgers with Basque sauce: a real treat! 🍔 The meat is excellent and served with proper fries.
A great place to eat well in a pleasant atmosphere.
Thank you for this lovely time, we'll gladly come back!

10/06/2026: We went there for dinner. The setting was very pleasant with a sunset over the Ariège river, a friendly welcome, smiling waiters, and good regional specialties. I recommend it.

11/09/2026: Excellent bakery with very good pastries and bread, extremely friendly and professional staff who offer helpful advice. I highly recommend it.
27/08/2026: A quick stop on the way to Pas de la Casa.
Lots of choices: pastries, bread, sandwiches, hot and cold.
Prices are a bit high, especially for drinks.
One American-style burger was very good and generously topped with fries.
One ham platter wasn't very generous; two or three more slices would have been welcome considering the price.
One panini was decent and tasty.
A bit of a wait.
