Boulangerie Soler sur Pertuis

A loyal customer for years, I find the quality of the bread to be a change... the crumb of the traditional baguette is no longer the same. On the other hand, the saleswomen remain very pleasant even if there have been a lot of changes.

Boulangerie Soler is a nice place in Pertuis. Lots of choice: salads, Swedish, pastries, pastries, madeleines, cookies, brioches. Attractive and conclusive prices. I fell in love with the Chocolate Muffins (so soft), but I was a little disappointed with the Salmon Wrap (€5.20). I was expecting it to be larger and more substantial and I realized when I unboxed it that it was smaller than expected in terms of filling and size. It's a detail: that said, he was very good.
